BILLINGS AND PAYMENTS

1. The Shipper's payment to the transporter for the handling of goods and related services will be in line with the transporter’s standard taris, to be paid as the transporter calculates from time to time.

2. Payment for different logistic services will differ according to membership levels, for the same distance as the case may be.

CHB Logistics, its associates, and each of its directors, workers, and designated representatives DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE WEB SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR Uninterrupted. THE RIGHT TO STATE THE CONDITION OF GOODS

The Shipper bears the obligation to prove the estimated amount, type, weight, physical properties and composition, and condition of the goods and/or any container at the time of collection by the transporter, and no packing slip, receipt, or other document provided or signed at such time by or on behalf of the transporter shall constitute definite evidence.

MODIFICATION

1. CHB Logistics is in charge of this site and runs it.

2. Any modification of the materials on the Site or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary rights, and CHB Logistics authorizes you to see and access the content available on or from the Site for your personal use only.

THE RIGHT TO CAREFULLY INSPECT THE CONTENTS OF A PACKAGE

1. The Transporter has the responsibility to examine the contents without giving the Shipper advance notification, along with the right to access and examine them.

2. The transporter has the right to seal the package with the transporters seal before leaving the place of pickup.

3. Before leaving the place of pickup from the courier, the receiver must conduct a thorough inspection of the products and acknowledge the condition of the goods.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to hold CHB Logistics, its subsidiaries, and other affiliated companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, free from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use by you.

TRANSPORT ROUTE

Transporters have every right to not reveal the route that will be followed to conduct delivery paid for.

LOSSES / REIMBURSEMENT

1. The Transporter is not responsible for any loss whatsoever. Only direct loss and damages will be covered by the Carrier's liability, which is limited to N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira).

2. All other varieties of loss or harm, including but not limited to lost profits, income, interest, and future business, are excluded.

3. The Transporter is not liable for any special or indirect theft or harm, even if the risks (financial or otherwise) associated with such loss or damage were notified to the Carrier directly or indirectly before or after the shipment was accepted.

5. Complaints are confined to one per delivery, with final and complete reimbursement for all loss or damage associated with that cargo.

6. However, all claims must be made in writing to CHB Logistics within 3 (Three) days of the date on which CHB Logistics accepted the shipment; otherwise, CHB Logistics will be held harmless.

JURISDICTION

The laws of Nigeria will govern these Terms of Use, and they will be construed and enforced accordingly.

Terms and Conditions

1. These terms are the only written record of the parties' agreement. Any express or implied guarantee, representation, warranty, promise, or the like not mentioned herein shall not bind the Transporter.

2. No leniency or tolerance granted by the Transporter to the Shipper shall be construed as a compromise of the Carrier's rights, regardless of when they emerged.
